Responsibilities :
- Analyze profitability by product, origin, destination, customer, and period
- Monitor and explain margin variations (pricing, basis, transportation, FX, execution costs)
- Analyze physical and financial positions (inventory, contracts, hedging)
- Track the evolution of purchase and sales basis and assess their impact on margins
- Collaborate with trading teams to improve the reading and interpretation of results
- Extract and analyze data using SQL queries (validation, reconciliations, ad hoc analyses)
- Design and maintain performance dashboards
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of financial data
- Participate in the implementation and ongoing evolution of management systems as a “super-user”
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of FP&A processes
- Act as a business partner to commercial and operational teams
- Contribute to process documentation and user training
Skills, Knowledge and Required Abilities :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical tools
- Strong command of SQL (queries, joins, data validation)
- Comfortable working with ERP, CTRM, and BI tools
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Strong teamwork skills
- Excellent group and interpersonal communication skills
- High level of autonomy and discretion
