Responsibilities :

  • Transformation & System Implementation
    • Actively contribute to the implementation of a financial system for the holding company
    • Participate in the implementation of a CTRM system within an operating company
    • Support testing, validation, go-live, and documentation phases
    • Ensure the quality, reliability, and consistency of financial data post-implementation
  • Financial Reporting
    • Participate in defining intercompany flows, recognition, and consolidation rules
    • Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for all divisions
    • Prepare consolidated financial statements for sister companies
    • Oversee intercompany transactions and ensure accurate accounting between entities
    • Manage the annual audit process
    • Analyze monthly results and highlight non-standard variances to key stakeholders
  • Operational Immersion & Business Understandin
    • Work closely with administrative, FP&A, operations, logistics, and commercial teams
    • Develop a strong understanding of operational workflows, constraints, and performance drivers
    • Build in-depth knowledge of the industry and its challenges

Skills, Knowledge and Required Abilities :

  • CPA designation with 7–10 years of experience
  • Proven involvement in system implementation projects (asset)
  • Experience in complex transactional/operational environments
  • Strong expertise in multi-currency, intercompany reconciliation, and consolidation
  • Ability to translate financial needs into system requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools, queries, and AI tools
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and under pressure
  • High level of discretion

Language Requirements :

  • French: Advanced proficiency in spoken and written communication (working language)
  • English: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in spoken and written communication, required for external professional communications with an English-speaking clientele
