Ceresco is renowned for its quality control process. Management and staff at Ceresco are detail-oriented and recognized internationally for their expertise and judgement. Observations made by the company’s experts are carefully recorded in specific booklets prepared for each certification process.
Over time, Ceresco has developed highly effective traceability systems to closely monitor each step of the soy production process; from seed to sowing, sowing to harvest, harvest to silo, silo to processing and finally all the way to our final export customers.
Abundant crops from Ceresco growers undergo different quality and purity tests (moisture, GMO, protein, oil, grain quality). They are then stored in silos previously inspected and cleaned with great care.

SAMPLING
Ceresco keeps samples of each lot upon reception and after conditioning. 2-kg sample bags are stored for a period of 18 months.
AGRONOMIC MONITORING
Ceresco’s agricultural specialists work upstream with the growers to avoid certain problems at the source. They analyze a range of different factors and assure that a product meeting the quality standards will be delivered to Ceresco at harvest.
Over the course of the season, Ceresco specialists visit growers on a regular basis to ensure rigorous follow-up. They verify the seeds, inspect the machinery, observe the evolution of the crop and propose proven solutions.
