Responsibilities :
- Ensure accuracy of physical inventory quantities and values versus system
- Participate in physical inventory count and assist in silo methodology count training
- Collaborate with operational and logistics teams
- Validate cost of goods sold
- Analyze inventory variations and associated costs for each site
- Ensure proper accounting of production orders
- Analyze receiving and production costs
- Participate in the creation of product codes and management of production recipe standard
- Assist the Senior Analyst in various value-added analysis
- Participate in the improvement of internal processes and the accounting of operations in the ERP system
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects
- Participate in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and the annual audit
- Perform all other related tasks and analysis
Skills, Knowledge and Required Abilities :
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration (Accounting)
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and ERP systems
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Group and interpersonal communication skills
- Autonomy and discretion
- Critical and analytical mind
