For several years now, Ceresco has developed an expertise in order to completely and efficiently control the preparation and dispatch of overseas containers. By doing so, Ceresco has the ability to react quickly and efficiently to both regular and urgent requests of its customers, all over the world. Detailed and specific documentation is prepared internally by our specifically trained team of 5 export specialists and forwarded to importers, wholesalers, brokers and customers as requested.

Ceresco has large warehouses with a total area of 35,000 square feet. These are used to store the lots of already cleaned and bagged products awaiting shipment.

Meticulous screening eliminates non-compliant grains, foreign matter and stained grains. Ceresco cleans more than 100,000 tons at its Saint-Urbain-Premier plant.

Eight steps are necessary to accomplish this: the soy must go through the pre-cleaner, sizer-cleaner, roller belt, gravity table, de-stoner and finally the color sorter (scanner) that ejects all non-compliant grains.

Over time, Ceresco has developed highly effective traceability systems to closely monitor each step of the soy production process, from the seed to sowing, sowing to harvest, harvest to silo storage, and silo to client, for final processing.
